• Third-party data: property records, business intelligence, and verification data from providers we use to enrich deals and applicants.

• To evaluate applications and onboard you into the correct portal.
• To present, structure, and operate investment and acquisition opportunities.
• To communicate with you about deals, opportunities, and account activity.
• To improve, secure, and protect our Services and prevent fraud.

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive calls and SMS messages from Arcvale related to your inquiry or account. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Opting out of marketing messages will not affect transactional messages tied to your active accounts or deals.

5. Eve concierge

Conversations with our Eve concierge are captured to qualify you, route your inquiry to the right team, and improve the experience. Eve transcripts are stored alongside your application record.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences, keep you signed in, and understand how the Services are used. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Some functionality may not work if cookies are disabled.

7. Data security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure; you use the Services at your own risk and should protect your account credentials.
